With just 72 seconds a day, anyone can join a wave of consciousness aimed at creating peace, healing, and transformation. Through beautifully guided practices, heart-brain coherence journeys, and shared purpose, meditation becomes a movement.
The intention-setting feature allows users to define personal, social, or global goals within the app. Whether it’s a daily mindfulness aim, a wellness target, or a humanitarian cause, users can create public or private intentions that align with their values. Designed with simplicity and clarity in mind, the intuitive interface supports text-based intentions, goal durations, and tagging for visibility.
Users can set specific timeframes for their intentions—whether it’s a daily habit, a weekly goal, or a long-term commitment. This helps maintain focus, encourages consistency, and allows for reflection once the intention period ends.

Designed to complement the platform’s intention-setting and meditation tools, the chat experience keeps users connected without disrupting their mindful journey. With a clean UI and smooth performance, it enables ongoing reflection, encouragement, and community engagement in real time.
